8月25日，记者在平顶山市电子招标投标公共服务平台查询到，鲁山县住建局于6月14日在平台发布了该雕塑工程项目公开招标公告，预算金额为719万元。7月6日，鲁山县住建局又在平台发布了中标公告，中标单位为睿泽艺术（深圳）有限公司，中标金额为715.2万元，交货及安装期为合同签订后50天。
